Still Life Ceramics Studio provides a best-in-class ceramics experience for makers of all skill levels. We’re proud to offer a range of flexible membership options, making it easy to find the perfect fit.

In our 7,000 square foot Scott's Addition studio, we have 25 wheels and 7 hand-building tables that are shared between members, students and private parties.

Memberships include access to studio facilities, including all of the studio equipment (wheels, slab roller, extruder), glazes, and either a private shelf or communal storage, depending on membership level. All prices include tax. Bisque firing is always free. The only additional costs are tools, clay, and glaze firing fees at 4 cents per cubic inch. Members must provide their own tools and bats.

Members must be able to work independently, as membership does not include instruction.

If you would like a tour of the facilities, please stop by during open studio hours: Monday through Friday 11 AM to 7 PM. Saturday and Sunday 10 AM to 5 PM.

*Memberships will be automatically billed on the same date each month. To pause or cancel your membership please provide 36 hours notice and email rva@still-life-studio.com

*Firing capacity is the minimum number of pieces that we guarantee can be fired with each membership; we will gladly fire more than this if there is space in the kilns.

*Pieces between 12" - 24" in any direction are considered "oversized." For pieces larger than 24" full kiln rentals are available.
