In this month-long continuing wheel class, students will learn techniques for creating larger, more ambitious thrown forms, from centering and controlling larger amounts of clay to throwing in sections and joining multiple pieces into composite forms. Demonstrations will cover planning proportions, creating strong joins, managing moisture, and timing each stage of construction, giving students practical strategies for building height, volume, and complexity beyond what they can comfortably throw in one piece.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThis month-long course meets once a week for four two-hour sessions.
